Selectarea produselor dorite
In momentul in care ati gasit un produs pe care doriti sa il achizitionati, apasati pe butonul Adauga in cos. Veti fi apoi directionat automat catre pagina de vizualizare a Cosului de cumparaturi, unde aveti optiunea sa vizualizati lista de produse existente in cos, sa modificati cantitatile pe care doriti sa le achizitionati sau sa renuntati la unul, mai multe sau toate produsele introduse in cos. Pentru a va intoarce din nou la site si a adauga alte produse in cos, actionati butonul Continua cumparaturile.
Informatii pentru expediere
Pentru a finaliza comanda, apasati pe butonul Trimite comanda. In cazul in care sunteti client nou, va trebui sa va creati mai intai un cont de utilizator, completand formularul de inregistrare prezent in pagina. Acest proces nu va va rapi mai mult de 1-2 minute, dupa care veti putea finaliza comanda. In cazul in care informatiile pentru plata sunt diferite de informatiile pentru expediere, selectati optiunea Completeaza o noua adresa pentru plata si introduceti informatiile dorite.
Finalizarea comenzii
Pentru a plasa comanda, selectati metoda de plata pe care o preferati si folositi campul Comentarii comanda, care va permite sa trimiteti eventuale informatii suplimentare. Dupa ce v-ati asigurat ca sunteti de acord cu Termenii si Conditiile practicate, apasati butonul Trimite comanda pentru a trece la pasul urmator.
In functie de caracteristicile comenzii Dvs. si de optiunile disponibile, este posibil sa vi se solicite apoi alegerea unei anumite metode de livrare, careia ii pot fi asociate anumite costuri de transport. Veti putea vizualiza valoarea costurilor de livrare inainte de finalizarea comenzii.Costul transportului este separat de pretul produselor.
Pentru comenzi de peste 99€ transportul e platit de magazin( Naturalys).
NB: Aceste produse sunt cumparate cu pret de fabrica, apoi revandute cu alt pret( pretul comerciantului), asa cum se intampla in toate pietele si magazinele din lume.
Livrarea dureaza intre 2-4 zile pentru Romania, posibil putin mai mult pentru restul tarilor(2-8zile), depinzand de cat de rapid e curierul sau posta.
De moment, magazinul livreaza in Romania si UE.

Selecting the desired products
When you have found a product that you want to buy, press the Add to cart button. You will then be automatically directed to the Shopping cart view page, where you have the option to view the list of products existing in the cart, to change the quantities you want to purchase or to give up one, several or all products you enter in the cart. To return to the site and add other products to the cart, act on the Continue shopping button.
Information for shipment
To complete the order, press the Send Order button. If you are a new customer, you will first need to create a user account by filling in the registration form present on the page. This process will not take you more than 1-2 minutes, after which you will be able to complete the order. If the payment information is different from the shipping information, select the Fill in a new payment address option and enter the desired information.
Completing the order
